It is the culture of every Filipino To be maka-diyos makatao, makakalikasan and makabana. This is taught to kids from their parents and learning it further in school. Children is the hope of our future, and without the proper guidance, will there be a future for us?

The celebration of Filipino Values month in November, pursuant to Proclamation No. 479 on October 7, 1994, is an effective measure to create moral awakening and national consciousness  on unique, positive an genuine values held importantly by the Filipino people in their daily life.

With this years theme; "Pamilyang Pilipino Patatagin: Susi sa Paghubog mg Kabataang Maka-Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan at makabansa", the values month aims to emphasize the importance of Daily building in every young individual's life, and strengthening them in preparation of what lies in the future.

In the life of every person, adolescence is the most difficult part. This is where a child starts becoming. Every actions, words and interaction a child makes may affect him. And without the proper guidance or maybe socializing with the wrong group can make him walk on the wrong direction.

As a child pass through childhood, and enter early adulthood, support and guidance is much needed. We must not let them forget their roots, and always remember the 4M's every Filipino should possess.
