Studies. Collages. Professions. So much to do, so little time. The future awaits us, but what if we don’t survive the problems of today? What will happen to our future the? 

Surely you notice that most causes of death of people are sickness involving health. Cardiac arrests, diabetes, lung cancers. These are results of the bad habits man does. Think of this thoroughly, if nobody drinks alcohol, if nobody smokes, if all of us eats proper meals, do you think these diseases will still happen? 

Being healthy doesn’t only mean eating fruits and vegetables, and having a good body shape. Being healthy is eating the right food at the right time. Being is healthy is when you are able to do daily activities without overdue fatigue. But there are still times we get tempted by junk foods and things that can harm us, who can’t resist them?

And our health depends on what we do and the decisions we make. Nutrition month celebration encourages people to stop doing their habits that lessens the span of their lives. 

We have a future ahead of us, and time is ticking. We might believe in ‘YOLO’, but remember that the things we do in the present will greatly affect our future. So wake up! And start living healthy.
